The variety is mid-late or late; the period from sowing to harvest is about 140 days. The plant forms a vigorous rosette of blue-green leaves and is distinguished by short, but thick and fleshy stems. The average plant height is 45-60 cm.
The plant possesses high winter hardiness, which allows it to be left in the soil until winter for harvesting as needed. The variety is characterized by resistance to bolting. For obtaining a high-quality white part of the stem, regular hilling of the plants during the growth process is recommended.
