The variety is late-ripening, the period from sowing to harvest is from 125 to 200 days. The plant reaches a height of 30 to 100 cm. It forms a cylindrical pseudostem 10–25 cm in height and 3 to 6 cm in diameter. The leaves are broad, dark green, with a waxy bloom, arranged in a fan shape. The weight of a single plant is 200–325 g.
The variety is characterized as cold-resistant and winter-hardy, capable of withstanding significant temperature drops in the presence of snow cover. It possesses resistance to the main diseases of the crop. Marketable yield reaches 4.0 kg/m². Suitable for fresh consumption, stewing, baking, and drying.
