The variety belongs to overwintering types capable of withstanding winter in open field conditions without additional covering. Plant height is 60–70 cm. Leaves are narrow, erect with slight drooping in the upper part, colored from medium-green to blue-green.
The stem part is characterized as straight, medium in length and thick. To obtain a high-quality white part of the stem, hilling is recommended. The variety is demanding of moisture regime and nutrient levels; it is suitable for fresh consumption and for drying.
