The variety forms plants weighing from 200 to 300 g. The taste of the stem is rated as pleasant and mild. The plant is characterized by high resistance to low temperatures, which allows for harvesting during the winter and spring periods, as well as high resistance to the main diseases of the crop.
Cultivation is primarily via seedlings with sowing in February — March; sowing in open field is also acceptable. For the formation of the blanched part of the stem, planting in deep furrows with subsequent hilling is recommended.
