The variety forms a cylindrical blanched part ("stem") 3–4 cm in diameter and 15–25 cm in length. The total weight of one plant is 200–300 g. The taste is characterized as pleasant, mildly pungent, and sweetish.
The plant possesses high resistance to bolting and bulb formation. The variety is universal in application: suitable for fresh consumption, preparing various dishes, as well as for freezing and canning.
