The variety forms a long, cylindrical false stem, white in color, with a diameter of 3–4 cm and a height of 15–20 cm. The plant's leaves have a dark green color.

The produce has a mild, pungent taste and is used fresh or stewed. Due to its frost resistance, the variety is suitable for summer-autumn cultivation, as well as for harvesting in winter and spring.
