The variety forms a large pseudo-stem (stalk), the height of which reaches 25–30 cm with a total plant height of up to 40 cm. The leaves have a characteristic blue-green color. The stems are distinguished by a tender texture and a pleasant mild-pungent taste.
The plant possesses high cold tolerance and resistance to common leek diseases. The variety is versatile in use: suitable for fresh consumption, stewing, frying, and pickling. Due to its ability to overwinter in the soil, it is suitable for extended harvesting in winter and spring periods.
