Variety description

The variety forms dense compact rosettes with flat dark green leaves; plant height varies from 20 to 60 cm. Marketable produce is ready for harvest 60 days after sowing. The leaves have a mild sweetish taste with hints of anise or licorice.
The plant possesses increased resistance to downy mildew and is slow to bolt, which allows for a longer harvest period. The variety is intended for fresh use in cooking and is suitable for cultivation in open field, containers, and for microgreen production.
