The Magnus F1 hybrid is 100% male, which ensures high yields and spear uniformity as the plants do not expend energy on seed formation. The variety is intended for cultivation in southern and middle latitudes, often using covering materials such as film or tunnels.

The spears are characterized by their thickness, succulence, and a well-closed head. The flavor profile is described as delicate and tender, with no noticeable fibrousness. The product can be used for both white and green asparagus production.

The plant possesses high resistance to asparagus rust and low susceptibility to Botrytis and Stemphylium. The structure of the bush promotes good aeration, which further reduces the risk of disease development.
