The plant is a bushy upright perennial with a height of 40 to 90 cm. The leaves are lace-like, pinnate, and dark green with a characteristic luster.
Small lavender-pink flowers are gathered into dense branching panicles and have a faint fragrance. Flowering occurs from late spring through August.
The variety has high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zones 3–4. It possesses increased resistance to sunlight and short-term drought, as well as high general disease resistance.
