The plant is a bushy, upright perennial with a height of 45 to 60 cm. The leaves are dark green, deeply dissected, palmate-lobed, and serrated. The flowers are gathered in umbellate inflorescences surrounded by bracts colored creamy-white with a pink-red hue and greenish tips.

The flowering period occurs from June to September. The variety possesses winter hardiness in USDA zones 4–7 and is characterized as a low-maintenance plant suitable for use in borders, mass plantings, and for cut flowers.
