Root crops have a round or round-flat shape, a smooth surface, and a weight of 200 to 400 g. The flesh is dense, juicy, and deep red in color without pronounced rings. The plant forms an upright leaf rosette with a height of 23 to 40 cm.
The period from emergence to technical maturity is 80–100 days; harvesting for bunching is possible after 45 days. The variety shows high resistance to bolting and low temperatures and is distinguished by good keeping quality during storage for up to 6–7 months.
The variety is of universal use, suitable for fresh consumption, storage, and industrial processing, including juice production.
