The roots of the variety have smooth skin and a round to high-oval shape. The flesh is colored in an intense dark red. The leaf apparatus is characterized by medium vigor, the base of leaf attachment is narrow, which facilitates the harvesting process.
The variety possesses resistance to bolting, which allows it to be grown at different planting times. The roots are uniform in shape and size, suitable for manual and mechanized harvesting. The variety is distinguished by a high content of sugars and betalains, as well as good storage indicators.
The seeds are multigerm, however, for sale they can be technically processed to a monogerm state. The variety is adapted for use in organic farming systems.
