The vegetation period of the variety is from 110 to 130 days. Root crops have a spherical or spherical-flattened shape; the flesh is intensely colored dark red with virtually absent or weakly expressed zonation.
The variety is distinguished by a high content of dry matter, sugars, and betanin, and is not prone to nitrate accumulation. The yield is 50–60 tons per hectare. The variety is suitable for direct consumption, industrial processing, and long-term winter storage.
The plant prefers fertile sandy-loam soils rich in humus and sunny areas. It requires a sufficient amount of moisture during periods of seed germination and intensive root crop growth.
