The period from emergence to technical maturity is 80–110 days. The root crops have a round or slightly flattened shape, their weight varies from 100 to 400 g. The flesh is intensely colored dark cherry with weakly expressed rings in cross-section.
The variety is characterized by a high content of dry matter, sugars, and betanin. The plant possesses resistance to diseases and bolting, and is not prone to nitrate accumulation. The produce is versatile: suitable for fresh consumption, processing, canning, and long-term winter storage.
