The variety is early-maturing: harvesting at the baby-leaf stage is possible in 20 days, full maturity is reached in 40–45 days. Plant height varies from 15 to 45 cm depending on growing conditions.
The plant features decorative deeply dissected pinnate leaves of citron-green color with finely serrated edges. The variety is cold-hardy and resistant to bolting in the cool season, however, it quickly transitions to flowering in heat.
The taste of the leaves is characterized as mild, pleasantly pungent, with a mustard nuance. Used for producing fresh greens in salad mixes, suitable for cut-and-come-again techniques and regrowth, as well as for sautéing.
