The growing season of the variety is from 90 to 100 days. The root crops have a round or slightly oval shape, their upper part is colored violet-red or greenish, the lower part is cream-yellow. The plant forms a powerful leaf rosette and is capable of withstanding light frosts.

The flesh of the root crop is cream-yellow, has a tender consistency and a sweetish taste. The variety is versatile in use: suitable for cooking, raw consumption and for forage purposes. The crop is demanding of moisture and soil fertility; when grown on acidic soils, it is susceptible to clubroot.
