Variety description

The roots reach 11–14 cm in diameter and are predominantly round in shape, sometimes conical or slightly flattened. The flesh is light-colored, and the root is bicolored: a dark purple neck and a yellow lower part. The plant forms a vigorous leaf rosette.

The development period from sowing to harvest is 73–93 days. The variety possesses resistance to powdery mildew, however, it is susceptible to clubroot. The produce is used as a forage crop and as a vegetable for culinary processing.
