The hybrid forms a semi-vertical rosette of strongly crinkled grey-green leaves. The weight of a single plant is between 300 and 1400 grams.

The plant possesses high resistance to frosts down to –15...–18 °C, as well as to yellowing and leaf drop. Marketable yield is 4.5–6.6 kg/sq. m.

Used in cooking for preparing dishes and in fresh form, and is also applied for decorative landscaping of plots.
