The variety belongs to the mid-late maturity group and does not form a head. The mature plant reaches a height of 60–70 cm and is characterized by narrow, upright, dark green leaves with heavy curling.

The plant is resistant to lodging and possesses high frost resistance, withstanding temperatures down to –15 °C. The variety is intended for fresh consumption and may also be used for decorative purposes.
