The plant is compact, reaching 30–45 cm in height. The leaves are dark blue-green, heavily curled, and densely arranged on the stem due to short internodes. The variety does not form a head.

The vegetation period is approximately 55 days. The variety possesses cold resistance and resistance of the leaves to yellowing. Suitable for open field cultivation, mechanical harvesting, and use as baby leaf.
