The plant reaches a height of 60–66 cm and possesses high growth vigor. The leaves have a pronounced purple-red color and a strongly curled texture; the decorative appearance allows for the use of the crop in landscape design.

The vegetation period is about 60 days after transplanting. The variety shows good winter hardiness, and the intensity of the coloration and the flavor qualities of the leaves increase as the temperature drops. Suitable for autumn-winter cultivation.
