The flesh is characterized as tender, fine-celled, and buttery. The variety is not a hybrid and consistently maintains its traits. When overmature, large stem tubers are prone to woodiness; the crop does not tolerate night frosts.
Cultivation requires regular watering and fertilization; the recommended planting pattern is 30x30 cm. The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption, short-term storage, and freezing.
