The variety is non-hybrid and retains its properties when propagated by seeds. The plant forms a compact, medium-sized leaf rosette. Maturation occurs quickly, only 3–4 days later than the earliest hybrids.
The edible part of the plant is a flat-round cream-white stem tuber with tender flesh of mild taste. The variety is resistant to cracking, the appearance of purple coloration, and is practically not prone to lignification.
The plant is intended for cultivation throughout the entire season, with the exception of the period of intense summer heat, and is suitable for climatic conditions north of the Alps and in southern regions. Used primarily fresh.
