The hybrid kohlrabi variety Eder F1 is intended for cultivation in greenhouse conditions and open field. The plant is characterized by a semi-vertical leaf arrangement.

The variety is very early, with a maturity period of about 38 days. The stem tuber has a flat-round shape. The produce possesses high taste qualities and is suitable for sale in the fresh market and for processing.

The variety is characterized by high yield maturity speed: more than 80% of marketable produce is ready for harvest at the first harvest time. There are versions of this hybrid's seeds that are certified as organic.
