The period from sowing to technical maturity is 50–65 days. The plant reaches a height of 25–35 cm. The variety forms rounded or slightly flattened stems with deep purple-violet skin and juicy white flesh.
The optimal size for harvesting is 5–8 cm in diameter; if overgrown, the flesh becomes fibrous. Both the stems and leaves of the plant are edible. The variety is considered more heat-tolerant compared to the Early White Vienna variety, but it develops best at moderate temperatures.
