The variety forms flat-round root crops with smooth white skin, sometimes with a greenish tint in the upper part. The optimal diameter for harvesting is 6–7 cm. The flesh of the root crop is white, tender, juicy, with a crunchy texture.

The plant is resistant to bolting and cracking, and is undemanding regarding fertilizer levels. The variety is suitable for spring, summer, and autumn sowing. The leaves of the plant can also be consumed as a leafy green crop.

The variety is a historical open-pollinated type and is intended for universal culinary use. The root crops are suitable for fresh consumption, frying, stewing, and baking.
