The root crops have a two-color coloration: purple-pink in the upper part and white at the base. The flesh of the root crop is white. The variety is characterized as resistant to slight drops in temperature.

The plant is used for fresh consumption, processing, and short-term storage. The variety is suitable for cultivation as a stubble crop when sown in the second half of summer.
