Variety description

The variety forms voluminous top-shaped root crops, reaching 15–18 cm in diameter. The skin is smooth, and in the above-ground part it is colored light violet-red or pink-violet. The flesh is white, watery and not very dense. The foliage is abundant, wide, and dissected.

The plant is characterized by rapid development, high productivity and the ability to adapt to granite and shale soils. The variety is hardy to frosts down to -15°C. Young root crops have a mild sweet taste and are suitable for culinary processing, while fully developed crops can be used as animal feed.
