The root crops of the variety have a semi-flat shape. The upper part is colored in a purple or reddish shade, the lower in white. The plant shows high resistance to low temperatures, withstanding down to -15°C, and also possesses pronounced drought tolerance.

Sowing is recommended to be carried out in the period from June to August, harvesting from September to November. For the formation of uniform root crops, the variety requires loose and moderately moist soils. The variety is not a hybrid and is suitable for preparing various dishes, including soups, stews and purees.
