The variety belongs to the mid-late group; the heading period occurs from May 20–30. The crop possesses a high ability for regrowth after mowing and exhibits resistance to wintering, lodging, and infection by leaf diseases.

The productivity of the variety is 40–45 t/ha of green mass, 10–11 t/ha of dry matter, and up to 1 000 kg/ha of seeds. The plant is characterized by low resistance to grazing use and can be cultivated both in pure stands and as part of grass mixtures.

The variety is recommended for hilly and arid regions with a precipitation level of less than 600 mm per year. It is used for the establishment and restoration of meadows, including on degraded or low-fertility soils.
