The variety is an evergreen dense shrub with upward-directed shoots, reaching a height of 20–35 cm. The plant's foliage is dark green, needle-like, and very small.
The plant belongs to the group of bud-blooming heathers, in which the flowers remain closed in the form of buds, providing resistance to precipitation and frost. Flowering with small bell-shaped flowers of pink shades occurs from September to November.
The variety is intended for cultivation in containers, balcony boxes, and open field, including rock gardens and heather gardens. It is characterized by good winter hardiness and long-lasting decorative appearance.
