Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the group of "bud-blooming" heathers (Knospenheide), the flowers of which do not open, maintaining the form of dense buds. This provides high resistance to adverse weather conditions, such as wind and rain, and extends the decorative period.

The plant is an evergreen shrub with upright stems and dark green leaves that have noticeable cilia. The height of the bush varies from 30 to 60 cm. The inflorescences are formed in the shape of long vertical white racemes.

Flowering of the variety begins in late summer, in August-September, and continues until November. The plant is characterized by high frost resistance. Cultivation requires acidic, well-drained sandy or peaty soils.

The variety is used in landscape design for creating heather gardens, rock gardens, alpine gardens, and borders, and is also suitable for container gardening and cutting.
