The plant reaches a height of 10 to 40 cm, possesses small needle-like dark green leaves and candle-like shoots. The variety is characterized as a bud-blooming heather, whose flowers do not open fully, retaining their decorative appearance for a long time in dense raceme-like inflorescences from August to October.
The variety is frost-resistant and prefers sunny areas or partial shade. Successful cultivation requires acidic, well-drained sandy or peaty soil, regular moderate watering without water stagnation, and annual spring pruning to maintain the shape of the bush.
