The variety is a bud mutation of the Melanie variety. The plant has a broad vertical bush shape and typically reaches a height of 30–35 cm. Key features include foliage that retains its yellow color and white buds that do not open fully.
Flowering of the variety occurs from August to November. Due to the characteristics of the buds, the plant tolerates rain, fog, and early frosts well. The crop prefers acidic, light, well-drained soils, requires a sunny location or light partial shade, and tolerates stagnant moisture or the presence of lime poorly.
