The cultivar is a selected local population traditionally grown in the region along the Drava River. The plant reaches a height of about 45 cm. The fruits are 8–10 cm long, have an upright position on the bush, and possess a pronounced pungent taste.
At technical maturity, the fruits are green, and upon reaching biological maturity, they turn yellow. The cultivar is characterized by adaptation to local agro-climatic conditions and is intended primarily for canning.
