Flavor profiles are heterogeneous: both hot variants (1 000–5 000 SHU) and sweet variants occur. The flesh is juicy and crunchy. The variety is heirloom and open-pollinated. Due to the shape and size, the fruits are suitable for canning, stuffing, as well as for use in fresh and dried forms.
