The plant forms a dense bush with a wide, upright, and loose structure, not producing root suckers. The foliage is gray or gray-green in color. Flowering occurs from August to October; the flowers have a violet-blue or dark purple hue.
The variety prefers sunny and dry sites. In cold climates, shoots are prone to frost damage, requiring spring pruning to a height of about 25 cm. The plant is used in landscape design for flower beds and rock gardens, and it also attracts bees and butterflies.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
