Variety description

Compact, densely branched deciduous shrub with upright stems, reaching a height of 60–90 cm with a similar width. The main ornamental feature is the fragrant silvery-green or silvery-gray leaves, which retain their appearance throughout the summer season.

Flowering begins in late summer and continues until autumn, accompanied by the appearance of violet-blue flowers gathered in inflorescences. The variety withstands frosts down to -18 °C; during more severe winters, the above-ground part may die back, regenerating in spring from the root system.

It requires a sunny location and well-drained soil for development. Annual spring pruning is recommended to stimulate the growth of current-year shoots, on which flower stalks are formed.
