The tree of this variety has medium growth vigor. Fruit ripening occurs at very early dates, starting from the end of September.

The fruits are large, reaching 39.8 mm in diameter, and have a light brown shiny shell. The fruit flesh is pale yellow, distinguished by a sweet taste and aroma. The nuts have good keeping quality. Inside the cupule, there is an average of 18% round nuts and 71% one-sided flattened nuts.

The variety is susceptible to chestnut blight. It is used for establishing commercial plantations and for cultivation in orchards.
