The variety belongs to the crested (cristata) group of celosia and is part of the Bombay series, oriented toward professional cultivation as a cut flower crop. The plants form dense, non-branching inflorescences in the shape of a rooster's comb; the period from sowing to flowering takes 90–105 days.

The primary purpose of the variety is the production of cut flowers; however, it is also suitable for use in container gardening and landscape design. The plants are characterized by the presence of strong stems and the ability of the inflorescences to retain their color for a long time.
