The variety is a deciduous shrub with vigorous growth and an upright crown, reaching 1.7 meters in height and width. One of the key features of the plant is that its branches are almost devoid of thorns. The flowers have a light pink color.
The fruits ripen in the second half of September. They are large, elliptical in shape with yellow skin, weighing from 80 to 150 g. The flesh is firm, aromatic, and sour in taste. The variety has high yield potential and, like other Chaenomeles species, requires a pollinator variety for fruiting.
The fruit-bearing purpose of the variety involves using the harvest for processing: making jams, syrups, candied fruits, and beverages. Due to their firmness and acidity, the fruits are unsuitable for fresh consumption.
