The plant is a shrub with a height of 1 to 1.5 meters. An important biological characteristic of the variety is the absence or very weak development of thorns on the shoots. Flowering occurs in April–May, with flowers having an orange-red or salmon-orange hue.
The fruits are round or pear-shaped, yellow or yellow-green in color, and ripen between September and October. The variety is winter-hardy and undemanding to soil conditions. To increase yields, cross-pollination with other Chaenomeles varieties is recommended.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
