The variety forms large cup-shaped leaf rosettes. Yellow-green leaves have a finely serrated edge and blistered texture. Outer leaves are positioned shallowly, while the central ones are strongly curved upward, forming a light-colored heart.

The plant is intended for summer and autumn cultivation and exhibits good resistance to drought and low temperatures. The variety is not suitable for long-term storage and requires covering from light to improve flavor, as it blanches poorly on its own.
