The plant forms a large semi-open rosette. Leaves are broad, of medium length, slightly wavy or wrinkled, ranging in color from light green to yellowish toward the center of the rosette.

Leaves are dense, with a characteristic slightly bitter taste. The variety is intended for autumn and early spring cultivation, as well as for autumn-winter consumption.

Used as a salad crop. To reduce the natural bitterness of the leaves, a blanching technique via shading is applied at the end of the cultivation cycle.
