The variety originated as a bud mutation of the Ruby Red variety. The trees possess high growth vigor and significant size. The plants demonstrate higher resistance to low temperatures compared to the Star Ruby variety.
The fruits have a smooth yellow peel, often covered with a pink or red blush. The flesh is intensely colored, tender, and juicy, distinguished by a sweet taste with a reduced content of acid and bitterness. The variety is practically seedless.
Belongs to mid-late varieties. The fruits contain a high concentration of lycopene and are used for fresh consumption, juice production, and in cooking.
