The variety is a vegetative mutation of Femminello Comune. The plant is vigorous, branches well, and reaches 1.5–2.5 m in container cultivation. Young shoots and leaves have a light green hue, without the purple pigmentation characteristic of many lemons. Flowers are pure white and fragrant.

Fruits are oval or elliptical in shape, weighing 100–160 g, and have smooth, bright yellow skin of medium thickness. The flesh is pale yellow, juicy, with a low seed content and a classic sour taste. The tree has a small number of thorns, which reduces the risk of fruit damage by wind.

The variety is everbearing and capable of blooming and fruiting all year round. The variety is used both in commercial production and in ornamental gardening due to its compactness and abundant flowering.
