The variety was obtained through mutation breeding by exposing Murcott scions to gamma rays. The plant is characterized by high requirements for growing conditions, which minimize the risk of cross-pollination that promotes seed development.
The number of seeds in the fruits varies from 0 to 6. The plant is responsive to fertilization programs and maintains vegetative mass stability under proper care. In literature, the variety is also known by the names Mor, Spring Sunshine, or Honey Mor.
