The Nova Seedless variety is a breeding variant of the original Nova hybrid (also known as Clemenvilla or Suntina). Its development is aimed at obtaining a form with an absence or minimal seed content in fruits, which distinguishes it from the parent variety prone to seed formation during cross-pollination.
In scientific literature, the variety appears in the context of variety trials; however, detailed agrotechnical characteristics of this specific mutant are absent in open registries. The morphological features of the plant and fruits largely correspond to the parent variety Nova, which is a medium-sized spreading tree with juicy, sweet, dark orange fruits.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
