The Murina tree has medium vigor, is prone to intensive branching, and has small thorns. The fruits are characterized by high quality and large size, while the variety produces practically no seeds.
The variety is classified as late, with the harvest period lasting from February to March. The plant is self-compatible due to low pollen viability. There is evidence of alternate bearing and sensitivity of the fruits to cracking and Alternaria fungus infection.
When cultivating, it is recommended to use vigorous rootstocks, as incompatibility with Citrumelo is possible. After harvesting, the fruits require careful handling to avoid rind desiccation.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
